Finding time to read, building an habit of writing for half an hour every other day to get a portfolio rolling, piano lesson once a week… I don’t want or can’t stop any. I want to write so I can one day publish something. Work pays the bills. The house won’t run itself. Reading is my last escape.

Maybe I should take the monetary loss and get that sick leave for a time and come back to work once I’m rested? It’s the one I want to do the least, but have to do the most. Why is life so hard?
