The biggest threat right now is someone else finds him and starts feeding him. My mother used to work for the SPCA and it’s a big problem. Cars always look so darn hungry. Is he microchipped?

He has a collar with my number on it. He is microchipped, but he's not registered to us. He belonged to the lady next door before she went into a nursing home. Dad just took over the care 6 years ago.
