I should stop being surprised whenever I do this after getting diagnosed with literally everything I've so far been diagnosed with. I haven't even clicked on that link--it just makes sense.

I should also add: I have now had just two evenings taking Gaviscon (the most Autistic-unfriendly fucking concoction on earth) and turns out my reflux was actually not very 'silent', as I thought. I just hadn't *noticed* it until I drank the Gaviscon and was immediately relieved.
