Ok, well TIL solar urticaria is distinct from sunburn. I guess it's supposed to clear up within about 24 hours, so agree with Tim about oral antihistamines.

My anxiety medicine is actually an antihistamine, so I definitely used it the first night. I don’t like taking it twice in a row so I suffered with topical last night.
