Leslie I recently gave a talk where I had a slide describing something Noor said as nefarious. Then I found out she would be there… so I didn’t change a thing. She came up afterwards and hugged me. Why?

So maybe she doesn’t know what nefarious means. Or maybe she was demonstrating how little I matter in her universe of beautiful, technically advanced humans.
