The context here is that the only shelter available in the small poor-ish town is one with such rules.

Only to say the idea this town is Christian nationalist is wrong. It’s a Rogue River rafting, senior gardening type of outdoorsy town (very picturesque.) The town should try to influence the shelter and build an alternative. Also this won’t immediately affect people due to state laws. #Oregon Oregon
