I was trying to figure out how to articulate that it feels like there’s an attempt to crack down on any expressions of the immediacy of grief/fear as “doomerism” so I appreciate this

I think expecting the average person to be publicly stoic in the face of categorically evil news isn’t great. Some people are better at early mobilizing than others but I know shoving my grief in a box just calcifies it and I do need to talk out my fear in my tiny corner of the internet
