I broke my elbow (pretty badly), and some related injuries mean I can’t see Taylor Swift in Europe (I had tickets). So if you find yourself with extra tickets to any of the fall US shows (particularly Indy), please keep me in mind ….!?!?!?

I read her as floating the "compromise" position we talked about at the end of the episode - preserving an option for the gov't to argue that interfering w/J6 did obstruct an official proceeding with records (the electoral certificates, or in the case of Trump, aiding false slate of electors)

Now out in the Yale Law Journal Forum: Kate Shaw & I show how the methods SCOTUS used to evaluate the ISLT in Moore v Harper also require rejecting the Rehnquist-Kavanaugh twist on ISLT.

Which has little basis in history/tradition, federalism, or democracy.
