Americans as sick as possible as soon as possible just in hopes of shortening what they feel to be "just a flu". Would such a regime enact any sort of welfare or economic relief in response to a recession beyond militarization or stuff like work requirements and/or anti-immigrant policies? 4/x

Oh and there is a good chance we would be at war with our southern neighbor and biggest trading partner. No, I don't see such a regime lasting long unless the economy prospers continuously or the regime absolutely annihilates all opposition, which would destroy America's prosperity certainly. 5/5
