I worked for a mental health organization for a few years. It's abundantly clear that he's not a WELL person. Mental health is just one part of healthcare and America's system is broken. We had a decent network of healthcare agencies, but Ronnie Reagan destroyed it. I wonder about his dementia/karma

Not sure I agree with that. It's just as easy to hurt people who matter unintentionally as it is to offend strangers. I get that this isn't what the meme is about but it's my experience that people who matter can also give offense without meaning to. But the boundaries are more flexible w/friends.
