I can't get worked up about it. The company was asked to supply an amount of equipment. Unlike some of these contracts they honoured it and delivered equipment that was compliant with requirements. This is on the DHSC. (Also that image is after the govt sold the excess to a lowest bidder)

I dunno man but if I sign a contract and then in quick succession I buy "£30m seafront villa in Barbados; a yacht; a £6m house in the south of England and an international equestrian centre in Bedfordshire" that doesn't sound that straight to me
