I know someone, the son of a friend, that did shots before the wedding. He got so drunk that after the ceremony they had to take him home or he would throw up all over the dance floor. He did not attend the party for his own wedding.

Biden was slow, but except for one time, spoke coherently and logically in the debate, and was fine in the second half, but no one watches by then. He didn't push back against Trump or zing him, but he was coherent.

What are you watching? What I am seeing is in his rallies he consistently gets names wrong, is unable to complete sentences, makes reference to movie characters as if they were real (e.g. Hannibal Lechter) for a while thought he was running against Obama and talked that way.
