Rich is right about their rebounding. The problem was that TJD was the only rimstopper. Teams had anyone drive straight to the hoop and no one could protect the rim. It happened regularly in games, often against the Lakers. Draft pick Post won't help (for now) as he'll be in the Gleague.

He's not a strong center. He's more like a PF... And I may be wrong about Hield. They got him for nothing. I hope I am also wrong on Dunleavy, but until I see a legitimate big on the roster I'm not ready to concede on Mikey D...

You are right. In the west, only OKC appears to have an improved roster. That is kind of pathetic. Well, the Spurs improved a bit, but they're not going to be a contender. Every other western team got worse...

His draft picks have been great. His signings and trades have been rather poor. Chris Paul was a mistake (but his salary is off the books). Saric was a mistake. Heild can't play defense. KAnderson is the only signing I like, and he was injured (so was Melton). Hope he does better...

I think many, many people look forward to Biden dropping out of the race. In fact, the most likely people who want him to stay in it are Republicans... As the phrase goes: if you couldn't trust him to drive a car, he probably shouldn't be running the country...

Wasn't this series over at first tipoff? The Pacers don't have inside depth and no defense. They cannot get an offensive rebound, and they only try to outscore opponents. It is, unfortunately, true that they are in the conference finals due to their opponents' injuries.

It's really awful and unfair when injuries derail a season. AFAIK none of the injuries were induced because of over-aggressive defense by the other team, so it was all unfortunate. Don't give up on your team. The Knicks are going in the right direction!

That's somewhat true. In this century, it started with 3 Lakers champs, there were later 2 Heat champs, and later 2 consecutive Warriors win (and also 3 out of 4). It's been trending towards single wins over the years, and now seems to be a 'permanent' trend. That is good for the NBA.
