That's a bizarre question to ask, and if I got it, I'd start thinking "do ovarian eggs have something kind of like a shell that protects them." How many people thing fetuses exit the womb and are born in shells? Not 22%. Stop asking ridiculous questions to scaremonger. We don't need to scaremonger.

This is certainly not scaremongering. A basic physiological question is an indication of the education system in this country & (like civics) that system is sadly lacking.
