Weird question - I bought a beautiful new shirt last night, only to realize when I got home that rather than being a long shirt as I thought, it's actually a 'skater dress' - it's cut above the knee but looks like a shirt. Can I wear it as a shirt with pants, or is that the wrong way to wear it?

Hi everyone! I am feeling somewhat melancholy today, missing my cat Loki who crossed the Rainbow Bridge in September 2023 at the tender age of 4 years old. He was perfect and will be forever missed.
