Tried out two things: - Test posted on the bird app, saved vivid image and reuploaded here, still desaturated. - Saved as .jpg with procreate mobile and reuploaded, nope. Next thing would be to convert to the sRGB color profile, but with a lower range of colors it’ll probably become desaturated too.

Ugh 😑 I tried an easy route by test posting a photo on the bird app (which does seem to support more color profiles because it looked as vivid as the original). Reuploaded that saved image here, but it’s still muted 🥴 Maybe the p3 color profile is still embedded.

Noticed that some colors are less vivid and saturated after uploading photos for a post. Guess bsky doesn’t support .heic images and its p3 color profile, but converting it would be a lot of work 🤔

Interesting fact:
Hydrangeas don’t have petals. The petal-like structures on the flower are actually sepals. And these sepals have the ability to change their color, depending on the pH and presence of aluminum in the soil.

We decided to stop halfway and wait for the whole season to come out (haven’t read the manga), because of the short eps and slow buildup 😅 Love the style and character designs (especially Senshi).
