🇲🇽 RHP Hernán Navarrete (23, 80 OVR, FB/CB/SK) Last year's Corsarios de Campeche were the #4 seed in México's Liga Sur, although their 68-65 record did nothing to prevent them getting bounced in one round by eventual pennant winner Acapulco. Navarrete upgrades a seriously trade-thinned staff.

🇨🇺 LHP Ananías Solares (19, 76 OVR, FB/SK/CU) The Leopardos de Santa Clara, Cuba's most storied team, have made the playoffs every year in the 1900s—and failed to win a title. Solares is meant to make it happen—and frankly we have no idea how a lefty sidearmer with huge splits is supposed to do it.
