When peer reviewers comment on stuff like reference formatting and spelling -- stuff that will be addressed anyway in copy editing -- it tells me they're approaching it too much like grading and not enough like actual peer reviewing

Gmail and Yahoo have recently (in late February) adopted new policies regarding spam and email senders. If you havenāt updated your DKIM and DMARC settings with your email provider it might be worth looking into (my eyes glaze over at this stuff but apparently it matters haha)
