35.3% of U.S. counties have a high or dominant Catholic hospital market share. This is potentially a VERY big deal for "blue states," which are most likely to be dominated by hospitals with Catholic restrictions health.wusf.usf.edu/health-news-...

I’m struggling to explain to normal people why this “win” is a catastrophe. Ideas? Baseline for normal people is, don’t know what ERDs are or why the USCCB has been fighting for the expansion of their power to direct everyone’s healthcare options for decades. The facts make me sound like a lunatic.
