I'm lucky enough to not need huge interventions just yet, but here's what I do. 1: braces. My thumb joints in particular like to sublux. A good solid thumb brace is something I cannot live without. 2: this sounds weird, I know, but arthritis gloves, as tight as you can possibly stand them!

thank you! I'm having a hard time with my thumbs in particular, I need to replace my compression gloves asap! 🙏🏿 weird question, but can I sleep with them or a brace on?

(The gloves work specifically because they are very tight - if they can't flex enough to let your fingers go Poppy McSublux, you get, well, less of that!)
