Everyone who gets an e-bike starts out like "hey I rode 5 miles to a grocery store, got a bag full of cool vegetables, this rocks, look at this bok choy"
A year later they're like "hey I just spent a month biking across the continent heisting innumerable banks and art galleries, look at this bok ch

Here's my two main braces - I have very weak wrists as well.
The black one is the Mueller thumb brace. It's very adjustable - velcro everywhere, even at the thumb.
The grey one is by Futuro and is a wrist brace specifically for sleeping in.
(I have a right-sided brace for the thumb as well.)

You can! It's really more a matter of comfort in that case, and if they don't feel comfy enough to sleep in, I'd look into a different brace/gloves that would be more so.
If you can find them, I've had *very* good luck with Mueller braces and compression gear. Sports medicine, so very supportive.

(The gloves work specifically because they are very tight - if they can't flex enough to let your fingers go Poppy McSublux, you get, well, less of that!)

I'm lucky enough to not need huge interventions just yet, but here's what I do.
1: braces. My thumb joints in particular like to sublux. A good solid thumb brace is something I cannot live without.
2: this sounds weird, I know, but arthritis gloves, as tight as you can possibly stand them!

My late-dx’d AuDHD manifests in dyspraxia. For decades I beat myself up that I couldn’t “git gud”.
Ignore that ableist crap & the “gamers” spouting it.
Play the games on story/easy mode. Enjoy the storytelling! Some folks will happily carry you in MMO raids & dungeons.
Games are meant to be fun!

oh fuck's sake that's clever - Squenix have made a pun with the Fantasian port. namely, the "Neo Dimension" bit.
see, you'd normally write dimension as ディメンション (romanised dimenshon), but they have spelled it as ディメンジョン (dimenjon).
...which is also the way the Dimengeon feature is spelled.
clever.
