I know wearing swastikas was a brief 70s punk presumable"fuck you, mum, I'm wearing the shirt of the guys that bombed you" fad. My understanding was that the non-Nazis like Sid Vicious and Siuxsie stopped doing that pretty quickly.

The Ramones also got into trouble because when they did songs making fun of Nazis like "Today Your Love, Tomorrow the World," the wrong people completely didn't get the joke.
