This is super important work. And it looks like it's actually having an effect. Normal people learn about Project 2025 and are scared as shitless as they should be. The Nation, The New Republic, Rolling Stone, Boston Review and others are doing the work that NYT and WaPo are neglecting.

The EPA also lied about the air quality in Manhattan, but people never seem to harp on that because true conspiracy is no fun when you can just riff.

I've read multiple books about 9/11 recently, and I'm tesm there was no conspiracy beyond blowback and institutional incompetence.
NORAD initally lied about when jets were scrambled, because of course they did. The WTC also didn't have enough stairs, the NYPD and FDNY couldn't communicate, etc.

Pretty sure this was ghost-written for Trump by one of his handlers, because
1) it contains the word "abysmal" and
2) there are no inappropriate capitalizations.

That's so obviously the case. People are embarrassing for thinking otherwise.

To say nothing of your incredible fake folk punk song.

Charlie Parr is good, though. And not just because he constantly uses a quote from my blog on his website.

Honestly, though, the best thing white people ever did for the blues was pull a Lomax and preserve it.

He's like technically talented, and I cannot stand him.
Did they really? This is like the pre-disco Beegees revelation!
The Stones absolutely have their moments. I almost feel like they come off more like they actually are fans of the music.

Ooh, interesting! Goth, emo, and especially country rules (though black influence on country is STILL underrated).
Maybe I just hate Eric Clapton and blues rock jam sessions, though.

Edward, sweet bb child, no.
No, but months ago when I looked at dude's campaign website, it was suspiciously sane- looking, lots of no more spying and war, not a mention of the dreaded v-word. Kennedy has his lucid-sounding moments.

Truly good things about America:
1) The movie Independence Day (appropriately directed by an immigrant).
2) All versions of Dave Alvin's "Fourth of July"
3) The First Amendment
4) The Statue of Liberty (appropriately gifted by non-Americans, hmm).

OK Bluesky comrades, who can afford to donate at least $5 a month to @psabortionfund.bsky.social? They are an all-volunteer led abortion fund based in South Carolina. They do such good work. Will you join me as monthly subscribers? donorbox.org/support-the-... - they need a min of $10,000 a month.

I know wearing swastikas was a brief 70s punk presumable"fuck you, mum, I'm wearing the shirt of the guys that bombed you" fad. My understanding was that the non-Nazis like Sid Vicious and Siuxsie stopped doing that pretty quickly.
