i mean, a silencer works the same way as a car's muffler does (and was invented by the same guy who made the silencer) you can make a rudementary disposable one out of PVC pipes and oil soaked steel or brass mesh with some washers as baffles.

ukraine is a buffer state who cares, and no war will land at our doorstep because russia hasn't been a peer to peer power since before the wall fell. our money could be better spent elsewhere like on hospitals or schools.

correct. which is why one should get an AR15, a rifle is easier to shoot than a handgun and is a great gun for a rainy day.

firepower is relative, and the AR15 is quite the modular, reliable, and accurate rifle, you can use it for defense, sport, or hunting. plus fighting a fair fight is fighting a losing fight.
