Thanks to all the Peanuts book collections over the years I was able to see these exact strips as a small tot in the 80s. Something I noticed with Schulz is that he really loved just giving odd names to characters. "Here's Pickle Marvin" and that's part of the punchline.

I picked up this game in the mid-90s. Since we didn't get a SNES until 1994 and still kept the NES around I was picking up all kinds of late-releases for bargain prices.

Ripple Island is really REALLY good. It shows just how artful 8-bit graphics can be with a limited set of colors. There's this understated beauty to every screen in the game. Lineless, bold solid colors. It looks ahead of its time.
