It would be interesting to see a chart on how many lawsuits conservatives and progressives are pursuing vs defending. Which party is constantly on it’s back foot and which party is constantly aggressive.
Didn't Alito or Thomas lay out how to to bring this case back to them in a more acceptable way? I'm not sure if I'm remembering correctly...there's been so many shocking things from them that its hard to keep track.
