It's immensely fucked up that his first reaction was to try to discredit one of the victims and believe he did nothing with the one he employed. It's fucked up. There is no consent in that situation. He had power over her, as her employer, and abused it. Consent isn't "I don't want to be fired".

I was referring to both, and yes, that was my point. These actions are deeply fucked up no matter how you look at it. There is no squaring that circle.
