Serious question: Why do you even bother to turn on cable news anymore? Do you have any realistic expectations that it will ever be different? I turned on CNN for 10 minutes the day Saddam got captured, b/c I was in a hotel w/o Internet. Apart from that, I haven't watched cable news in 30 years.

They all say “former” and it seems like centuries ago. None offer insight or meaningful discussion for what is happening today. If I had to say something positive, at least the Nixon era folks have some legal parallels occasionally.
