My mother and a couple other vets wanted me to look into the DAV (disavled american veterans) for help and advocacy when the VA was screwing with me. I just wound up getting civvie insurance. But maybe they could help you out in the future.

Rushed… as in i checked in on schedule and it probably pissed the maker off so they slapped together this head without considering proportions. A handful of other issues with the suit but the head is the worst by far. Can’t even bring myself to put it on a second time bc its so unfitting.

Honestly, regret my fursuit. Always wanted one, but this one isn’t me. I asked for something else specifically and got a rushed bobble headed imitation. Should’ve just went with the professional costume maker outside the fandom.

Take a set after warm ups and do something like 3RM. Get the stimulus of “oh fuck this is gonna be heavy” Back off to your normal weight, and keep saying “one more, one more” until you know the next one will fail. If you were going for 10 but get 15, so be it.

After my slow deadlifts yesterday I did a back off set and felt my “adductors” (generally speaking) tighten up so I stopped right away. Last night started getting sore on the inside of knee. This morning theres a baby bruise and more tenderness. Looks like I stopped in the nick of time.

No training for me today but Sam got to go to a group training and helped motivate everyone by being a good boy volunteer. Had a little fixation on the rowdy dogs but we got to show how to interrupt that and immediately walk right next to the dog again without issue. Good job Sam!

I think this “apple intelligence” could turn out to be useful. Basically giving siri the functionality that was wanted for a long time. Few more functionalities but not as useful for most users as siri.

Fall will be the beta. So languages will come out later after its more built out. The processing takes place on phone/device hardware primarily, not in a cloud. So yes, newer models are necessary. Theyre also known for prioritizing security and privacy, so time is needed.
