So, crashing a plane in the interests of terrorism is evil, so evil that all of us have to have full body scans at airports to prevent it from happening.
But crashing a plane (or two) in the interests of capitalism is a whoopsie and not deserving of real punishment for anyone involved.
Given how governments fail to punish corporations for killing people, it's actually kinda heartening that corporations don't kill even more people. Because they could. And they'd get away with it.
Corporations are people when it comes to political speech.
But when it comes to criminal activity, corporations are just faceless entities you can't punish.

Crashing a plane or two that they knew had safety issues, because whistleblowers brought it to their attention and then were fired, is totally fine, and so is violating the settlement resulting from the deaths in those crashes because of capitalism, yes, you have that all correct
