Friends, the NY trial court is going to be considering a motion to set aside the guilty verdict on the basis of the SCOTUS immunity ruling. You should prepare for the possibility that the court does set aside that guilty verdict.

The US Supreme Court said, basically, that even if a court is considering whether unofficial acts (e.g.what Trump did before being sworn in) are criminal, that court cannot even consider official acts as evidence.
