why does it matter? what difference do the details around lymphocytopenia actually make? i keep seeing a bullshit claim that "covid is aids" flying around here and elsewhere – and those claims usually drag in, and misunderstand, low lymphocyte count so misinformation relative to lymphocytes is bad
