friends, I will try to politely point out when someone is making a false factual assertion about COVID – because things are complicated and good faith misunderstandings happen. But if you double or triple down on spreading misinformation? I just block.

This, www.merckmanuals.com/professional..., from the Merck Manual, is not a rank ordered list of the causes of acquired lymphocytopenia (low lymphocyte count). It is *some* of the most common causes.
Spreading misinformation doesn't help.
