So what I’m reading is that just before Biden meets Trump next time, he turns to Harris and says “I’m going to kill that motherfucker” she nods and says “You certainly should kill that motherfucker!” and it’s official business?

Yeah. But Biden should make sure to do this in D.C. so that he doesn't violate any state laws and he can pardon himself afterwards.
