It makes me wonder where he got that little tip. Another of his fave moves is to roll his chair as far away as he can get from me to say “what is it you want to get out of our appointment today?” to initiate a wrap-up. Not inherently a bad question to ask, but it’s often asked in lieu of 1/

answering a specific question I just asked him. Like, bro, the thing I want to get out of this appointment is your answer to the question I literally just asked. But if he doesn’t want to engage with something he will redirect or outright ignore me. It’s really something.
