I know we got a lot of novel, insane, selfish behavior out of Covid, but the Pandemic to driving like a maniac pipeline still boggles the mind.

A 28% increase in fatalities from speeding alone in the last 3 years! I'd be interested in seeing side by side data on the prevalence on modern pickups/SUVs (basically designed to be more lethal) I suspect they're related since the states with highest death rates from speeding are pickup saturated
