Nice. Sweet policy. One other issue on this front... Apparently the HVAC companies have 2x heat pump install prices over the past decade. I haven't dug into it, but it appears the rebate money we get here has been gobbled up by 'alleged' gouging. U familiar with this?

I've not tracked heat pump cost through time. But heat pumps today are much better than the single stage pumps that were sold previously. As with all purchases, do your homework, decide on a goal (savings vs. emissions reduction) and shop around. www.canarymedia.com/articles/hea...
