I'm almost 35, born and raised in Sweden, my ancestors are Swedish and come from even further north but even so, my body still has trouble sleeping every single summer. Why? Well, this picture was taken about fifteen minutes ago at 3 in the morning... 🙊

Thicker curtains and a blindfold helps a lot. Even a chair with a towel draped over it to block a bit of light just where you face is.
