Well, if Trump's claim of Presidential Immunity is backed up by SCOTUS, President Biden could have him packed off to Guantanamo without a trial and get away with it. And if Gorsuch doesn't like it, he goes too. Again...Presidential Immunity is the argument TRUMP's lawyers are making.
