In biosafety testing, when you know that results are fraudulent (for whatever reason), your boss knows, their boss knows, QA knows, and on and on? It’s one of the times where RICO isn’t a meme. This really feels like what should have happened. CEO down to QA, QE, line manager, and line worker.

Prison? You’d keep them alive? If Boeing wasn’t a huge part of the MIC and basically too big to fail (and too rich to prosecute) there would be a RICO case for the ages with thousands of prison-years handed down. There should be, but there won’t.

As I have repeatedly stated, in other posts, there is an issue in law that is being ignored. A corporation cannot form criminal intent, only humans can, and we are not prosecuting them. We are prosecuting the corporation and fining the corporation not punishing the people who are actually guilty.
