Democrats had a trifecta in jan 2021 through Republicans retaking the house in jan 2023. As in control of the Senate, House and the presidency. You could’ve changed the laws then. That democrats did not change immigration laws in that window is on them 100%.

This is why democrats will lose this election. Facts matter a lot more than touchy feely BS. Large numbers of Americans have died of fentanyl poisoning, large numbers of Americans are losing jobs to illegal immigrants. That’s gonna cost you with the ballot box a lot.

Immunity from standard prosecution by a regular prosecutor. Not from impeachment by the house & conviction by the senate. The problem I see is founders did not contemplate political parties. The refusal of the Democrats in the senate to have the trial for Mayorkas is a poster child for that.

To me, what is really offensive about this YouTube video is it apparently China has another stroke with YouTube to get them to put a sensor block over it require you to assert that you’re an adult in order to view it. It shouldn’t.

I am doing consulting work when I can get it, but it is not stable & income from it is small even if I am getting a lot per hour. Working ~ 3-4 hours a week even at $61/hour don’t pay expences

I, suspect that several issues are in play, my age, that HR is looking for someone who better fits the political narrative. Regardless of the fact that I am Hispanic, they commonly see me as white. I am published on the Internet as a conservative, that’s pretty broadly, known and may have effects.

I should point out, that, although in my opinion, I am technically very competent, I am having enormous difficulty getting employment. I cannot wait to any thing in my résumé that tends to make people think that I am incompetent, other than that I haven’t had a job since July of last year.

As I have repeatedly stated, in other posts, there is an issue in law that is being ignored. A corporation cannot form criminal intent, only humans can, and we are not prosecuting them. We are prosecuting the corporation and fining the corporation not punishing the people who are actually guilty.

Nobody but congress ought be making federal laws under which a person can be subject to punishment. Per article I section 1. You want to change that, the proper road is constitutional amendment.
