Today's warm-up: One of my favorite games growing up was the original Spyro on the PS1. I loved the entire aesthetic of it; the limited polygonal designs, the sounds, the music... very nostalgic.

Today's warm-up: It's dragon-week as far as prompts go, and yesterday's winner was the Reluctant Dragon. I couldn't choose which to draw, the wonderful Disney version I grew up with, or the immensely charming original EH Shepard design, so I did both!

I've been letting my hair grow out again, and people have really taken to it. However, it's upkeep is just another stressor in my life. No matter what kind of product I put in it, dry or wet, dealing with hard water... it's the most unpredictably-fickle thing in my life right now

Warm-up: I bring my backpack fulla art supplies everywhere I go. Ipad, clipboard, spare paper, pencils, pencil sharpeners, pens, backup pens, plastic page protectors, chargers, cords, battery charger... there's more days I don't use 'em than do, but better to be safe than sorry.

I drew this turkey like 20min before I crushed my finger last week. I’m thankful for a lot of things today, but I’m also thankful that I somehow got through what I thought would be a very traumatic experience and was able to work through it. And I’m thankful that it wasn’t worse

Another Left-Handed Warm-Up. I think, if anything, I'm learning to be patient when drawing with my non-dominant hand. It's the same with learning any skill really. You can't expect to run marathons right out of the gate. It's humbling, but a good lesson nonetheless!

My second try at a left-handed warm-up. The hardest part of working with you non-dominant hand is knowing that I can't do certain strokes as smoothly or with varying pressure with my left as I can with my experienced right, so it feels like it moves like a cheap hydraulic arm.

With my finger injury on my drawing hand, I'm gonna use it as an opportunity to try something interesting... for the next week, all of my warm-ups will be with my non-dominant hand, including this lovely gem of a drawing. We'll see how these fare out.
