Is there a way for it to auto detect alt text for pics with text in them?

On app (not sure if on desktop too?) when you go to write alt text on image with detectable text, there is a little text scanner button in lower right corner of image you can click on and then copy-paste. iPhone also has it built in to be able to select text in images (I’m sure other phones do too)
