He fires people who report safety issues to him. Check out his list of court cases. Apparently the work place is very toxic, demeaning, hate speech, slurs, racist, swatiskas on bathrooms walls, get called n etc.

The Tesla delivery center here in Marina Del Rey was at one time one of the busiest facilities. Now, it's in jeopardy of closing as sales in this district have cratered.

Soap was apparently used to get the pedal pads on, which is about the last place I would want things to unexpectedly slip and get stuck in wide open throttle
