Good to know. But should it be. As I dig more into the home insurance crisis I'm learning how deeply insurance underpins most financial transactions... so shouldn't the CPUC pay attention to project has insurance, whether it's to cover accidents or even just general operations?

Yeah, that certainly seems reasonable. Maybe they do consider it. I'll try to look into this.
