People better wake up to the fact that a lot of what you want and think would make your life more livable in various cities WILL NOT happen because:

Good to know. But should it be. As I dig more into the home insurance crisis I'm learning how deeply insurance underpins most financial transactions... so shouldn't the CPUC pay attention to project has insurance, whether it's to cover accidents or even just general operations?

Woah. @aaroncantu.bsky.social, did insurance come up in your reporting on this? Would explosions or other harms be covered by insurance? I would bet homeowner policies wouldn't cover it so does SoCalGas have insurance to cover possible damage to people's homes (not to mention people themselves!)?
