Recycling nuclear waste is a step forward but few countries have adopted the practice. There's still too much money to be made in the mining process before resorting to reuse. Still, there's hope for the future that it's a consideration.

Why does everyone insist the one way to garner sustainable energy isn't reliable. Wind doesn't always work, nor solar or hydro, but collectively they do provide sufficient power and at the very least, heavily subsidise fossil fuel use.

I consider art to be a marathon. There is a real sense of achievement when you get to the top part of your field and an audience can appreciate your effort. AI feels like you're jumping in a cab to race to the finish line because, why not.

Have you looked at alternate outlets for your art? I set up an etsy shop and sell cards, framed pics, specifically for kitchens and bathrooms, fridge and suitcase decals, mugs etc. I print on demand. It doesn't pay the bills but it's a welcome subsidy. It's tough out there.

Also 'I know' is a very western thing to say and is redundant in her statement. Plus the French prefer the term film as it is an artistic impression vs movie which is considered entertainment. "Oui. I am a woman in a French film." Sorry, my French wife is looking over my shoulder on this one 😂

To help with my ADHD and writing I limit projects to less than 10 at once. Write down any new ideas to get them out of my head space. Write when my energy is high. Adopt a mantra like 'Do it now' or 'Discipline is everything' and try not to ignore it. Have low expectations and sometimes smash them 😂
