"I have principles" That's literally what I'm saying. Your goal here is to define yourself - and you've succeeded. At no point was there a real suggestion to make things better or prevent them from getting worse. And I am neither white nor moderate but at least you feel good about yourself, right?

I've had someone up and say they have the moral high ground because I DARED suggest that we start with a first step and work a battle plan to push the DNC to a more progressive position. But I'm also aware it ain't happening overnight, no old geezer will magic away entrenched animosity.
