Just don't use season names. Or month names. Or day names. Or plant names. Or animal names. Or place names. And don't use references to any mythologies. Or the book's theme/their role in the book. Or professions. Or anything culturally inappropriate. Or historical figures. Or current celebrities. Or

My approach to names is just to use the first ones that pop into my head but I could see a novel being a different approach than a tabletop game
