The IDF tried to convince UNRWA to establish a refugee camp in the southeast of Gaza where there are no Hamas installations. UNRWA declined. Why? Instead their stance made people move to Rafah, which is in the interest of Hamas. Coincidence? Or in line with UNRWA's proven support for Hamas?

Or, just a crazy thought, maybe it’s easier to set up in a city instead of a random death camp in the middle of nowhere
